EXCAVATOR PLATE COMPACTOR

Excavator Plate Compactor is a special attachment which can be attached with any excavator or Backhoe Loader. This attachment is specially designed for various applications like Canal / Dam Slope Compaction, Railway track extension and for other where sloppy surface compaction is required. This attachment is capable of reaching surfaces where normal compactors cannot reach and can-do deep compaction than an ordinary compactor.

MOBILE CONCRETE PLACER

This self-propelled mobile concrete placer is the most economical & convenient solution to discharge the concrete upto desired height from the ground. It has movable boom to place concrete at the convenient position. The movement of boom is done by heavy hydraulic telescopic frames equipped with hydraulic cylinder. The main power source of the machine is a Diesel / Electrical engine. Rubber belt is driven by high speed – high torque hydraulic motor with chain drive. Conveyor structure made of square tubes, angles & plates. Standard make bearings & well proven international standard hydraulics are being used.

RIDE-ON VIBRATORY ROLLER TECHNICAL

The DIR-6500 is a mini vibrating roller, ideal for compacting soil & asphalt. The machine is fully hydraulic, which allows a small overhang enabling the roller to run close to obstructions i.e. walls. It is equipped with a water sprinkling, operating handle and hydraulic levers. The machine would be supplied with an electric starter. The Roller is comprising of two drums among them the front Drum is equipped with the vibration & traction both and the Rear Drum is with traction only.

FORWARD & REVERSIBLE PLATE COMPACTOR

Our Forward & Reversible plate compactor is of dual direction, incorporating both forward and reverse direction from the single transmission unit. The model demonstrates balanced handling in compacting soil, asphalt and paving stones and are therefore excellent in the construction of roads and paths or in landscaping, ideal when working in pipeline and cable trenches which are too narrow to turn around in.
